Maintenance Agreement Purchasing
1. Purchasing for Current Software Version
It is recommended to purchase maintenance agreement at the time of software license purchase. However, it can also be purchased at any point in time for the current version of the software (i.e. NiceLabel 2019 version).
2. Maintenance Agreement Renewal
The new maintenance renewal term starts after the expiry date of previous agreement term regardless when it was purchased.
3. Additional Licensing Purchased for Existing Maintenance Agreement
When adding additional licensing (i.e. Printer Add-on license) to existing maintenance agreement supported deployment, additional maintenance agreement for the printer add-on license must be purchased. The agreement for the printer add-on license will be prorated monthly to match existing base license and agreement. Subsequent maintenance agreement renewal will be done for both at the same time.
4. Purchasing for Previous Software Version
Maintenance agreement can be purchased for one version behind the current version as long as original license purchase is less than a year. The maintenance term starts at the date of purchase of previous license version and needs to extend at least 1 year after agreement purchase date (back payment required). For example, current version 2019 and customer version 2017 with license purchased Feb. 1, 2018 and maintenance agreement purchased Dec. 6, 2018. The maintenance term will be from Feb. 1, 2018 to Dec. 6, 2019.
5. Updates Within a Major Version
Updates within a major version does not require any license upgrade (e.g. Designer Pro update from version 2019.0 to 2019.1).
6. Major Version Upgrade to the Same Software Edition
Major version upgrade (e.g. Designer Pro version 2017.x to 2019.x) requires a new license key. Customers with maintenance agreement can request and receive their free upgrade license once the maintenance agreement record is verified.
7. Major Version Upgrade to Diiferent Software Edition
Major version upgrade (e.g. Designer Express version 2017.x to Designer Pro 2019.x) requires purchase upgrade for the license and maintenance agreement.

Returns
ForeFront Label Solutions' return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain scenarios where partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject for approval. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@forefrontlabel.com and send your item to Forefront Label Solutions, 2550 Goldenridge Road, Unit 76, Mississauga ON L4X 2S3, Canada.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Forefront Label Solutions, 2550 Goldenridge Road, Unit 76, Mississauga ON L4X 2S3, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
